The new iPhone 6s and 6s Plus both launched a couple of months ago, but Apple is already looking at the next-generation phone, with some people close to the matter now sharing a few more details about what?s to come for iFans across the world.

Apple analyst and watcher Ming-Chi Kuo has said in a research note submitted to KGI Securities and obtained by AppleInsider that the iPhone 7 Plus, which will be the bigger model part of the revamped iPhone lineup, will include hardware upgrades supposed to make it even faster than the current versions.

While this is obviously something to be expected, the analyst claims that Apple has already decided to go for 3 GB of RAM coupled with a completely new chip that?s currently being referred to as A10.

Again, nothing too surprising here, given the fact that Apple has used a new chip for every new generation, but it?s confirmation that the Cupertino-based company is working to bring the upcoming iPhone closer to its rivals in terms of hardware specs.
