Google to Launch Two Nexus Smartphones this September - Report
« on: September 03, 2015, 12:49:46 AM »

There have been many rumors lately claiming Google will launch Android 6.0 Marshmallow and new Nexus smartphones this fall, but few nailed the exact release date.

There's one particular report from late August coming from the Korean media, which stated that LG's Nexus 5 (2015) will be made available from September 29.

Well, it looks like the information was accurate since CNET confirms Google will hold a dedicated event for the reveal of its latest Nexus smartphones, one made by LG and the other one manufactured by Huawei.

Along with the unveil of the Nexus smartphones, Google is also expected to launch the next version of its mobile operating system called Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

The event will take place in San Francisco, United States, according to people familiar with Google future plans. As expected, LG's Nexus smartphone will be a rather standard flagship smartphone with 5.2-inch full HD (1080p) display, hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor and 3GB of RAM.
