Kris Jenner has sparked rumours she's had cosmetic surgery on her bottom.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star drew attention to her noticeably curvier posterior as she stepped out in a pair of skin tight black trousers and a black cropped jacket as she visited Montaigne Market in Paris on Friday.

The showbiz matriarch has previously denied having surgery on her bum but according to Radar Online, the 59-year-old star recently underwent a "fat transplant" to increase the size of her butt.

Plastic Surgeon Dr Susan Evans told the site: "Kris Jenner has had a butt augmentation! It appears to be a Brazilian Butt Lift.

"It appears to be a fat transplant, where you liposuction the fat, adipose tissue from one area and reinsert it into the buttock."

Meanwhile, Kris' daughter and co-star Kim Kardashian West - who is famous for her hourglass figure - was previously forced to undergo an X-Ray on the show to prove to her fans that her shape was 100% natural.

She said at the time: "Today I am going to have a butt X-Ray to prove to the world it's real.

"This is a really crazy request but my sisters have dared me to get an ass X-Ray because of all the rumours it's not real.

"If I were to have a fake ass, wouldn't it be dimple free?"
