In preparation for the December 10, 2014 presidential primary of the All Progressives Congress, former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar is said, according to Punch, to have commenced the search for a viable running mate.

It was learnt in Abuja, on Friday that Atiku, who is one of five contenders for the party?s sole ticket, has started consultations with regards to a running mate for the 2015 presidential election.
