The Special Adviser to President Goodluck Jonathan on Political Affairs, Prof. Rufai Alkali, at the weekend consented to the planned loyalty and evaluation test for aspirants under the Peoples? Democratic Party (PDP).

Alkali gave his nod in Abuja while receiving members of the Mass Movement for Goodluck 2015 and Nigeria Economic and Political Action Committee (NEPAC) in his office.
