Following their call on Federal Government for a declaration of total war on the Boko Haram Insurgents, The apex-northern socio-cultural group, the Arewa Consultative Forum, ACF, has urged the FG to recall trained and retired members of the armed forces and other security agencies to execute the war against the insurgents, who have annexed some parts of the North-East as their territory.
