Microsoft’s Surface Book 2 is the company’s most recent version of “the ultimate laptop,” but just like all the other Surface devices, it’s available at a premium price.
This means that as compared to the other Windows 10 devices on the market, the Surface Book 2 is a more expensive laptop, with pricing previously starting at $1,499 for the base level.
But I’ve said previously for a good reason. Because starting today, Microsoft is offering a new entry-level configuration for the Surface Book 2 that helps you save no more, no less than $300.
Microsoft launched a Surface Book 2 laptop with 128GB storage instead of 256GB and by simply reducing the storage capacity, the company was able to cut its price from $1,499 to $1,199.
