According to many reports coming from different sources, Samsung will announce its next flagship on March 29, but the smartphone won't be available for purchase until April 21. There are also rumors claiming the Galaxy S8 will hit the shelves in South Korea one week earlier, on April 14.

Although nothing is certain in regard to the phone's specs, The Guardian reports sources with knowledge about Samsung's plans have revealed some interesting information about the Galaxy S8.

First of all, the South Korean company will launch two Galaxy S8 versions, which will come with screens in the 5-inch to 6-inch range. They will be similar in size to the current Galaxy S7/S7 edge models, but will boast larger displays.

The smartphones are internally known as Dream and Dream 2, and both should feature curved dual-edge displays, not just the bigger one.

Sources claim both Galaxy S8 models will sport “infinity display” which will cover the majority of the front side, as the smartphones have incredible screen-to-body ratio.

Aside from the fact that they will feature a bezel-less design, the top and bottom of the display are so small that there's no room to add Samsung's logo or a brand name on the front side.
