Man Utd revive interest to sign Seamus Coleman
« on: October 19, 2016, 06:30:49 AM »

Manchester United are prepared to renew their long-standing interest in Everton full-back Seamus Coleman. The 27-year-old was previously on the Red Devils radar in 2013.

According to The Irish Independent, the Mancunian giants will step up their pursuit for Coleman with Jose Mourinho in desperate need of a specialist right-back.

Antonio Valencia has fared well in the right side of the defence this season, but the Special One wants a player who he is more natural to the position.

Monaco star Fabinho had been the preferred target for the Red Devils for somewhile before they knew of his 35m valuation.

And this has urged them to consider a bid for Coleman, who could be available for a fee of around 20m in January.

Coleman has appeared in over 200 games for Everton since arriving from Sligo Rovers in the summer of 2009.
