Islamist militant group Boko Haram has commenced discussion with the federal government on the modalities for release of more than 200 school girls abducted six months ago from Chibok and to negotiate a ceasefire to a terrorist activities that has claimed thousands of innocent lives, especially in North East Nigeria.
