The Morocco defender is set to leave Bavaria after two seasons and will move to the Italian champions for a reported 20 million euros. New Bayern coach Carlo Ancelotti's squad is beginning to be reshaped.

The expected move was confirmed by the Italian club, who said the 29-year-old defender had undergone his medical at Juventus' training ground.
Reports in Italy suggest Juventus will pay Bayern around 20 million euros for securing the services of the Morocco international, but that he will first move on loan.

Benatia signed for Bayern Munich from Roma for a reported 28 million euros in 2014, but had a injury-plagued season last term, taking part in just 14 Bundesliga games and scoring one goal in the process.
Ancelotti was asked about the future of the defender during his first press conference as Bayern's new boss, but declined to comment on possible transfers.
