Nigeria?s breakup would have happened if not for APC ? Oke

One of those vying to govern Ondo State on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Olusola Oke, has observed that but for the APC, predictions about Nigeria?s breakup would have come to pass last year.

This was as he claimed that the APC national leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu brought Yoruba land out of obscurity to national limelight and urged every well-meaning Yoruba man to celebrate Tinubu while he is alive.

Noting that the former Lagos State Governor has rescued democracy and the country so many times, Oke added that efforts put in by Tinubu made the emergence of the APC possible.

The lawyer spoke at the party secretariat in Akure, the Ondo State capital, at the inauguration of a group, Asiwaju Change Movement, ACM, of which he is one of the patrons. A 12-man executive committee was at the event inaugurated to direct ACM?s affairs.

Oke promised to do everything to ensure that the group functions effectively.
