US space agency NASA launched a brand new website it says it put together especially for our entertainment. The website shows images of Earth as seen from space, the sunlit side of the planet always in focus.

The agency says it created this website so that we could have a look at the globe anytime we might wish and keep tabs on what it's up to. Thus, the agency promises to upload at least ten new views daily.

?NASA launched a new website Monday so the world can see images of the full, sunlit side of the Earth every day,? scientists with the agency explain in a statement.

?Once a day NASA will post at least a dozen new color images of Earth acquired from 12 to 36 hours earlier. Each daily sequence of images will show the Earth as it rotates, thus revealing the whole globe,? they further add.

In case there's a certain region that folks might want to pay especially close attention to, the new NASA website allows people to browse through the archived images by continent. Then, the uploaded images can also by sorted by date.
