If you've never heard of Adashek, he was Microsoft's General Manager of Communications Strategy and spent no less than four years at the software giant.

Microsoft hasn't issued a statement regarding his departure, so it's unclear why he's leaving the company or if he's being forced to. More, Nadella is yet to announce his replacement, but more information should be provided soon.

As for Adashek's new job, he will replace Jeff Kuhlmann, who will be returning to the United States for personal reasons.

According to Nissan, ?Adashek will lead the global communications team which spans activities including corporate communications, product communications and internal communications,? so the company's new communications VP will have almost the same responsibilities as he had at Microsoft.
