South Sudan's president signed a peace deal Wednesday designed to end more than 20 months of fighting that has killed tens of thousands of people, mainly civilians. However, President Salva Kiir's opposition to many aspects of the accord suggested a rocky road ahead. The agreement, signed by rebel leader Riek Machar and other groups in the Ethiopian capital of Addis Ababa ."We have our deep and indeed serious reservations on the manner in which this round of talks and the process thereof was being managed,"
