To fans hoping Mariah is really pregnant, a word of caution: the photo is not proof, especially since Mariah has been struggling with her weight in recent months. In other words, the ?baby bump? could be nothing short of a few extra pounds she carries on her tummy.

As for how serious the relationship with Packer is, it seems that those reports are at least partially true.
