Scott will get time with the kids and a share of Kourtney?s money

As it turns out, Kourtney won?t be able to block him from seeing his kids, despite his colorful history, a family law attorney explains for Page Six. Moreover, she will likely have to pay Scott child support because she?s the highest earner in the couple.

Kourtney and Scott were together for 9 years but didn?t marry; the same rules still apply, though, the attorney stresses.

?Children have the right to live in the lifestyle of both parents regardless of where they are. While Scott may only have the kids 10 percent of the time, because [Kourtney] is such a high-income earner it?s very likely she would pay him child support. If Scott wants it and pushes it he will likely get child support from her,? the attorney says.

No matter how hard she tries, Kourtney won?t be able to block Scott from seeing the children because ?California likes to make sure children know both of their parents.? He might get limited and supervised visitation because of his well-publicized issues, but he will get it nonetheless.
