Job description
Ensure that the pipelines installed in the project are safe, work and can be installed with locally or regionally available resources.
Plan and manage design and execution of pipeline/headers engineering project for Project, including Detailed Design, construction and commissioning, in full accordance with Company's HSE, technical and quality requirements, and on schedule and within budget.
Implementing the pipeline actions in the quality plan for project
Review of design deliverables and resolution of review actions within the agreed time frame
Visits of vendors to ensure compliance with company/project specifications and good industry practice
Visit pipeline construction activities in the field to ensure compliance with company/project specifications.
Ensure as built documentation, drawings, close out reports, operating and maintenance manuals are prepared and entered / handed across to the relevant parties.
Conduct regular interior site visit at project sites.
Ensuring compliance of procurement with specifications in a very difficult market.
Designing and installing of GRE in compliance with Contract requirements.
Adopt the leanings into the project.
Achieve the Project objectives and deliver the project on schedule and budget.
Effective management of project interfaces.
Education and motivation of the entire workforce throughout the project duration to obtain full buy-in to the HSE policies and thereby achieve set HSE targets.
Manage potential execution phase project risks and uncertainties and take proactive mitigating measures to reduce the impacts on the project execution plan.
Engage the Operations team to ensure a high level of operational readiness and flawless commissioning, start up and handover of the new facilities.
Desired Skills and Experience
University graduate in a mechanical/pipeline engineering or related discipline.
Extensive experience in Pipeline design, procurement and installation.
Knowledge of CS pipeline and GRE fabrication, construction and design
Able to work with the team to find engineering solutions that support the business needs (cost and schedule), whilst not jeopardizing technical integrity.
Proactive and responsive to project needs
Qualifications:
Relevant degree or appropriate experience
A pro-active approach to solving problems and getting the job done
Excellent communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Primavera P6 and spreadsheets, with database capability would be an advantage

Job description
Preparation of Civil Underground Drawings / System in accordance with EPC Technical Work Practices, EPCstandards and Client standards, Plot plans and latest Vendor Data
Be fully conversant with the principles of design of gravity fed underground drainage systems and flood systems
Be familiar with how Oil & Gas Clients undertake the underground system design in such manuals as SAES, DEPPs, GPs and other similar documentation
Be conversant with design of storm drainage systems (open and closed systems), gravity contaminated systems, pressurized contaminated systems
Understand terminology used for different types of systems, how they fit into a overall coordinated scheme design and the environmental issues that need to be addressed
Support development of 3D model in an integrated solution to all drainage systems
Be conversant with developing complete MTOs, plus the preparation and management of purchase requisitions
Checking of drawings / models in accordance with EPC Technical Work Practises, EPC standards and Client standards, Plot Plans and latest Vendor Data
Development of qualification to support AMUSE material handling
Coordinate with other EPC affiliated offices with respect to workshare practices
Keep abreast of the project strategy and key drivers, participate in Model Reviews as and when required and report changes to the Lead Designer/Lead Engineer
Desired Skills and Experience
An Engineering degree, ideally in a relevant discipline
A good understanding of the design of underground design systems to recognized national and international standards
Experience in a similar position, preferably on an oil / gas project
proven strong character and self-motivated individual
Proven ability to engage in effective dealings with both client / owner and detail design contractors
Must be able to work with the minimum of supervision and be technically strong

Job description
Manage, supervise project engineering design activities according to contract requirements and project objectives.
Support the Estimate Office in the preparation of the most significant and important proposals with high plant engineering content.
Elaborate the Piping isometric plans (definition of weldings and construction spools), optimizing them for the execution of the workshop activities and hydraulic tests, defining possible additional material that may be needed.
Check the suitability of the supplies concerning the piping material.
Participate to Stress analysis
Issue the stress analysis report.
Participate to Support analysis
Issue the Support List and the Piping Support Material Take Off.
Issue the purchase documents for special supports.
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience in Epc project.
Minimum of 5 years? experience is required.
Fluent in English.
