Google is expanding its initiative in another new territory, this time in Pakistan.

The QMobile A1 smartphone is already available for purchase in the country with white and black painting jobs and can be yours for $110 / ?100.

For this amount of cash, users will be getting a 4.5-inch IPS display with 854x 480 pixel resolution which is to be expected from a low-end handset like this.

Under the hood lies a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor with Mali-400 GPU fitted with 1GB of RAM and 4GB of onboard storage (expandable via microSD card slot to 32GB of internal storage).

The phone also features a 5MP frontal camera, 2MP front-facing camera plus a 1,700 mAh battery. The good news is that the QMobile A1 ships out with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out of the box, so those buying the phone will get to experience the perks of Google?s latest Material Design interface.

Google has promised it will provide fast updates for these phones, so the QMobile A1 might be among the first to get Android M when the time comes.
