Queen Elizabeth II has warned of the dangers of a divided Europe hours before her prime minister, David Cameron, presents his reform proposals for the EU at today?s summit in Brussels. At a dinner speech in Berlin the 89-year-old monarch expressed her concern.

"We know that division in Europe is dangerous and that we must guard against it in the West as well as in the East of our continent,". says the queen.
