Sepp Blatter has officially resigned as the president of FIFA -- after an FBI sting operation into the organization that led to the arrests of 14 FIFA execs.  Blatter says he will spearhead the search for a replacement.  Blatter ran for reelection and WON last week -- but says he now believes he is not getting the support he had hoped for.
