Abia State Governor, Theodore Orji, has warned the incoming All Progressives Congress (APC) Federal Government that it will not be an easy ride with the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) members in the National Assembly. Orji said just as the APC gave them a tough opposition, the PDP is going to reciprocate the same gesture.

Orji spoke after receiving his Certificate of Return at the state headquarters of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). The senators-elect are Governor Orji (Abia Central), Chief Mao Ohuabunwa (Abia North) and Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe (Abia South). Senator Abaribe who responded on behalf of others thanked the people of the state for giving them the opportunity to represent them and promised that they would not betray the confidence reposed in them.
