Manchester United are understood to be tracking the performances of Braga midfielder Rafa Silva, with a view to a summer offer for his services.

The Red Devils boss Louis van Gaal will look to shore up his midfielder options in the summer, and considers the 21-year-old as one of his main transfer targets.
