?   SupervisingateamofSCNLpersonneldedicatedtosubseastructural packagesofabout11,500tonsinweight.
?   Reviewing andvalidatingonshoreCTR organization requiredtosupervisetheseonshore constructionactivities.
?   Reviewing andanalyzing  theonshoreconstruction scheduleand providingfeedbacktotheConstructionSuperintendent.
?    AssessthesuitabilityorotherwiseofCTRassignedworkforceinordertoprovideearlywarningsregardingconstruction schedule.
?    Assessingthesuitability, availabilityorotherwise of  CTR-assigned  equipment  and  materials  required  for  structural constructionactivities.
?    EnsuringappropriatecoordinationandseamlessinterfacewithotheronshoreconstructionUFRsub-packagesinlinewith the overallSCNLscopeofwork.
?   Assistingandtakingpartin allUFR load-outoperationsatSCNL?syardasmayberequired.
?   Ensuringthatas-builtdossierscomplywith all QA/QC requirements.
?   ProvidingweeklyandmonthlyUFR construction updatestotheConstructionSuperintendent.
?   Takingpartin daily,weeklyand monthlyprogressreviewmeetingsasmayberequired.
?    ProvidinginputstotheConstructionSuperintendenttoassisthiminthepreparationoftheUFRclose-outreportsforthe constructionactivitiesoperations.
?    LiaisingwiththeSCNLUFRConstructionSuperintendentonaroutinebasisfortheresolutionofoutstandingissue(s),if any.
?    Providingfeedbacktotheconstructionsuperintendentonrequiredlevelandqualityofpersonnelatanypointintime,in orderto managemobilisationanddemobilisation ofCPYsitepersonnel dedicatedtoStructuralfabricationscopeatSCNL.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCEREQUIRED

?    Chartered Engineer or similareducationlevel,withasoundOil&Gastechnicalbackground(multi-discipline)indeep offshoreconstruction.
?    Minimumof10yearsworkingexperienceinanOilandGasindustrywithastrongbackgroundinsubseaconstruction activities.
?   Good knowledgeof internationalsubseadesigncodes/standardsandCOMPANYgeneralspecifications.
?    Proven  background  in  improving  quality,  procedures,  planning,  coordination,  organization  and  productivity  of  the contractorshesupervises.
?   A self-motivatednaturalleaderwith excellentcommunicationanddelegationskills.
?   Credibleworkingrelationships within multiculturalteams.
?   FluencyinEnglishboth verballyand inwriting.
