The All Progressives Congress (APC) has accused Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Of purchasing each Permanent Voters Cards (PVCs) for N10.000 in its desperation to win the forthcoming elections in a statement issued in Lagos yesterday by its National Publicity Secretary, Alhaji Lai Mohammed the APC said the PDP has also resorted to the intimidation of some voters to seize their PVCs, in the wake of the recent postponement of the general elections.

The APC further alleged that a company, Agro-Allied Communities Service Nigeria Limited, has been formed ostensibly to provide N50,000 loan each to ?empower? women.
