Paris Saint-Germain set to sign Alexis Sanchez

French champions Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly preparing for an approach to sign Alexis Sanchez from Manchester United at the end of the campaign.
The Chile international has struggled to make an impression at United since his winter switch from Arsenal and he has managed just four goals from 26 appearances across all competitions.

Owing to this, he has dropped down the pecking order behind the likes of Anthony Martial, Marcus Rashford and Juan Mata and the former's form in particular may hamper his chances of claiming a regular role in his preferred left-wing position.

According to The Sun, Sanchez is said to be considering his position at Old Trafford amid the reduced gametime and he could find a suitor in the form of Paris Saint-Germain next summer.

However, Les Parisiens would still find it difficult to match his present £500,000 a week wages, given they already have to take care of their wage bill after the big-money signings of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.
