As at the time of filing this report, the application was yet to be heard by the court The senator representing Abia South senatorial district, Enyinaya Abaribe, has applied to the court to discharge him from the suretyship, bond and recognisance of the bail of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu.
