Arsenal join chase to sign Tiemoue Bakayoko.

Premier League giants Arsenal have joined the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea in the pursuit of highly-rated Monaco midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko.
The French footballer has made a huge mark at the Principality outfit where his commanding presence has kept the opponent's attack at bay.

Bakayoko produced a good performance during his side's 5-3 Champions League defeat at Manchester City - despite being only half-fit, and this appears to have impressed the north London club, The Star reports.

The Gunners are likely to release Santi Cazorla at the expiry of his contract in the summer whilst the futures of Jack Wilshere and the out-of-form Aaron Ramsey are yet to be resolved.

The former Rennes man is also on the radar of United and Chelsea, but he could snub their interest altogether with a move to Paris Saint-Germain being his future target.

Bakayoko has represented France at all youth levels, and it is only a matter of time before he breaks into Didier Deschamps' senior squad.
