US President-elect Donald Trump has already confirmed that it has no plans on giving up on social media in the years to come, but he’d better be careful what he posts online because Twitter is ready to ban him if service rules are violated.

Tech watchers probably know that Donald Trump doesn’t turn to Twitter to share his favorite recipes, but to post thoughts criticizing the media, politicians, US services, companies, and pretty much everyone who doesn’t share the same beliefs.

Twitter was used by Donald Trump several times to post his rants during the presidential campaign, but this all has to stop because the service wants everyone to comply with the rules, even if he is the President of the United States.

In a statement provided for Slate, a Twitter spokesperson says that Donald Trump might be banned if he violates the rules of the service, which do not allow hate speech or bad language.

“The Twitter Rules prohibit violent threats, harassment, hateful conduct, and multiple account abuse, and we will take action on accounts violating those policies,” a spokesperson explained, without specifically mentioning Donald Trump. “The Twitter Rules apply to all accounts,” Twitter said when asked by QZ about the possibility of banning the US President-elect.
